2012 News
January: Our boys begin the year with a bang! Tucker wins Runner Up Best In Group, followed the next day by Best In Group at his first shows in Melbourne at Central Gipsland and Historic Maldon KCs, and in Sydney Otto wins Runner Up Best In Group at Manly & Districts KDTC!
2011 News
December: Otto finishes the year winning Best In Group at ACT Ladies Kennel Club, and Parker Minor In Group at Morisset in their last shows for the year.
November: Tucker and Parker continue to win In Group awards this month.
October: Otto begins the month with another Best In Group win and Parker more wins in Sweepstakes and Baby In Group at Greater Western AB & O Club. Polly bookends the month with another Best In Group, as well as Best of Breed at Hobart Royal.
September: Congratulations Asta on finishing your Australian Championship Title. Tucker also picks up another Best In Group award, as well as Stella another Class In Show award this month. At the end of September, the team travel down to Victoria to attend the 2011 Melbourne Royal Show, and again celebrate some fantastic results! Polly wins Bitch Challenge & Best of Breed, Otto wins Dog Challenge & Runner Up Best of Breed, Zappa is awarded Reserve Dog Challenge, and Pippa is Baby of Breed and makes it through the to the final 4 for Best Baby Puppy of the Day!
August: The team celebrate a truely memorable weekend at the Dogs NSW Spring Fair in August - a weekend that will surely be hard to top... On Saturday under breed specialist Dr Leif Ragnar Hjorth (Rosenhjorth Pulis - Norway), Zappa wins Best of Breed in an entry of 19, Best In Group and goes on to be awarded Runner Up Best In Show in an entry of over 1600!!! Then, as if that was not enough for one weekend, on Sunday Otto wins Best In Group and ALSO goes on to Runner Up Best In Show in an entry of over 1800!!! Zappa also won Intermediate In Group on Friday, and new kid Parker won a Baby In Group award on Sunday. Rustufarion also proudly took home all 6 CC's on offer between 6 different dogs - well done to Tucker, Polly, Zappa, Klara, Otto & Stella. Congratulations team on a wonderful weekend, and thanks to Dean, Courtney & Patrice, and Russell (supporting from afar this weekend) for being part of it! Photos to come shortly...
July: Otto has a fabulous month at the big NSW International shows this month, winning Best In Group (Day 1) and Runner Up Best In Group (Day 2) at North of the Harbour, and also a Runner Up Best In Group win at the Sydney Kennel Club (Day 2).
June: Our young team continue to do well this month. Tucker is awarded Best In Group at the Bulla Autumn International "Maple" Show, and Stella picks up Runner Up Best In Group and Best Australian Bred In Show at Gosford City Canine Club!
May: Tucker is awarded back-to-back Best In Group awards, and Best Australian Bred In Show, whilst Asta wins back-to-back Best Puppy In Show awards at Shepparton & District and Euroa KCs!
April: Congratulations to our team for another fantastic Sydney Royal Easter Show! In the breed ring, Otto wins Dog Challenge & Best of Breed, Polly wins Reserve Bitch Challenge and Asta Best Puppy of Breed! Otto then goes on to win Best In Group 4th in a Working Dog Group entry of 490 strong on General Specials day!! He was also awarded 2nd in the All Breeds Veterans Sweepstakes at 7.5 years - way to go Otto! In the agility ring, our upcoming agility star Cookie Monster wins 3rd Place! Congratulations team!! Otto then chooses to celebrate his Royal wins by going Best In Group at County of Cumberland International Panel Show which had a total entry over 1700 in the show - well done Otto!!
March: Otto wins Best In Show in Sydney at Blacktown Kennel & Training Club, in an entry of 589. And later this month, we celebrate our second Champion for this year with Nina gaining those last points at 15 months of age.
February: Polly begins her 2011 campaign with Best In Group and Best Australian Bred In Show wins at Rydal A H & P Society. The team continue their winning ways at the 2011 Canberra Royal Show, with Polly going Bitch Challenge & Best of Breed, followed by her daughter Portia who was Reserve Bitch Challenge & Runner Up Best of Breed, and her brother Otto who was once again the Dog Challenge winner.
January: Tucker begins the year with a 'bang' going Best In Group and Best Australian Bred In Show at Historic Maldon in Victoria, and Runner Up Best In Group at Yarrawonga & Border CA. New kid Asta also does us proud, winning Multiple Class In Show awards in Victoria. And finally, we congratulate Colby on gaining her Australian Championship Title!
2010 News
November: This month Polly wins another Best In Show, this time at Orange & District Kennel & Obedience Club, whilst she and her brother accumulate Multiple In Group placements, including Otto's Best In Group win at the Dogs NSW Spring Fair! Otto also makes another memorable TV appearance, this time on Chanel 9's Mornings With Kerri-Anne.
October: A busy month for our team, with many great wins to share. Polly makes a 'bang' this October taking home Multiple In Group placements and a Best In Show win at Kyabram A H & P Society. Meanwhile, her brother Otto is also awarded Best In Group in NSW. Youngster Nina picks up several Puppy In Group awards, whilst Asta also continues her stellar ring debut picking up more Baby Puppy In Group and In Show wins! Royson also attends the 2010 PCA National Specialty shows in the USA this month, handling Am Ch Bokar Polly-Wolly-Doodle (Owned by L. Richmond, C. Nusbickel & S. Huebner) to great success - see photographs!!
September: The team celebrates another successful Melbourne Royal!! Polly continues her winning Royal streak taking home Reserve Bitch Challenge and Runner Up Best of Breed. The boys do us proud with Otto winning Dog Challenge, and Tucker Reserve Dog Challenge. Nina makes her Royal 'mark' with Best Puppy of Breed, and newcomer Obi makes his show-ring debut with Best Baby Puppy of Breed!! Klara and Melba also win their respective classes. We are undoubtably thrilled with the results!
August: Polly returns to the ring at the Junior Kennel Club of NSW International show, taking home Runner Up Best in Group and Best Australian Bred In Show in a total show entry of over 1300!!
July: Otto enjoys success this month taking home Multiple Best and Runner Up Best In Show awards at the ACT Combined Clubs and Harden Murrumburrah ABKC weekends, as well as back-to-back Best Australian Bred In Group awards at the North of the Harbour International Winter Classic weekend.
April: Congratulations to 'Team Rustufarion' for a wonderfully successful Sydney Royal Easter Show 2010! In the breed judging, Polly wins Bitch Challenge & Best of Breed, Tucker Dog Challenge and Otto Reserve Dog Challenge! Polly was also shortlisted in the Top 8 for the Working Dog Group on General Specials day - what an achievement for our lovely lady!! In the agility ring, our agility superstar Dharma wins 2nd in Novice Agility and 3rd in Excellent Jumping! Congratulations team!!
March: Polly wins Runner Up Best In Group and Australian Bred In Show at the 2010 Bathurst Royal!
2009 News
December: Rustufarion's new-look website is launched.
October: Polly wins Best In Show at Cobram Agricultural Society. Rustufarion are excited also that Gnasher, Rustufarion Kosmik Trekn, represents Australia at the 2009 World Dog Games in Sydney!
May: Polly enjoys a fabulous weekend at the Festival of the Canine in Port Macquarie, taking home one Best In Show and two Runner Up to Best In Show awards! Tucker also enjoys some success, finishing his Australian Championship title this weekend with a Runner Up Best In Group (to Polly!) and Intermediate In Show! What a great weekend!! Not to be outdone, Otto also wins Best In Show at Ladies Kennel Association of NSW!!
April: Polly wins Best In Show at the Easter Festival Kennel Club in Melbourne!!
